Great location not far from the train station. I love how you they give you two pillows - a hard one and a soft one. Then you can choose what you like. Staff very friendly. Hotel was super clean.

Great location, spacious room and great shower experience!

The shower was the BEST shower we had in Japan so far, water heater and water pressure was awesome. The beds were great too, heater was working well, wardrobe was spacious and I had a lot of space to pack my luggage while my family can go to sleep first. The location was also AWESOME to stay at, so easy to get to SHIN Osaka station. I would definitely try to stay at other karaksa outlets next time if I visit Japan.

Nothing much to pick on, maybe just the lighting. There isn't a smaller dim light that I can switch on at night, either all or none, was a bit disturbing for the ones who are sleeping earlier first. Breakfast spread is ok, not very big, but good enough to fill us up till late lunch.

Spacious stay in Osaka - conveniently located near Shin-Osaka station

Was incredibly pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, we chose a selection of standard twin rooms during our trip to Japan and this by far was the best twin bedroom we had. The size of the bedroom was exceptional and having the toilet in a separate small room away from the shower was a convenient touch. Each floor has a water station which allowed us to refill our bottles easily. The staff were friendly and helpful, check-in was simple and it is conveniently accessible to Shin-Osaka station from which we got the bullet train from (not to be confused with Osaka station which is more central - I made that mistake when I thought we needed to get a taxi to the hotel when it was literally just down the road). The convenience of the station near by allowed us to explore Osaka easily, we went to the Osaka Expo as well as Universal Studios theme park along with other sights and experiences.

We didn't book the breakfast because we planned on trying more local food and we were glad we did, the rush for the breakfast area looked hectic and we were happy we made that choice.

They didn’t let me in the breakfast buffet with the hotel PJ and asked me to go and change. I mean come on…we are on holidays, why need to dress up for the breakfast??

Having a washer and dryer in my room. Convenient around 5-10 mins from Shinkansen station.

The Hotel staff, cleanliness, customer service, amenities, tatami bed comfort, etc was EXCELLENT.

I did not like that Booking.com tricked me into buying a room (apparently one room left available), so I booked it at a higher price. After booking the room, I rechecked on Booking.com and still had that same room available but now even offered a better room option for less than what I paid for a less appealing room. I also booked the highest rooms not a cheap room down on the bottom. So ultimately, I ended up upgrading for a heftier price at the Hotels front desk. The front desk was very helpful and expressed how sorry they were and suggested we call Booking.com to resolve the issue. They also mentioned they have many issues/complaints from guests that booked through Booking.com. I'm extremely upset with BOOKING.COM and WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO MY FAMILY & FRIENDS. I will go back to EXPEDIA and other hotel booking agents but not BOOKING.COM!!

The hotel was lovely. Staff very friendly. Great location. Beds were comfortable and lovely views. Very handy for the train station and a great variety for breakfast.
